As Executive Assistant & Communications Manager at Carle’s Creations Joy Boxes and Baskets, I play a key role in supporting business operations and working closely with the CEO to ensure that the day-to-day functions of the company run smoothly. I oversee customer communications, manage orders and emails, and help coordinate the creation and delivery of our joy boxes, baskets, and other specialty gifts. I also play a key role in maintaining operational flow and supporting strategic priorities to help the business continue to grow with intention and care.
